This is one of the very easy trails in Yosemite Valley, and the falls are definitely not veil-like in spring – the falls can be absolutely thundering in June and you may get wet at the end of the trail. The rest of the year they’re consistently flowing in their characteristic veil-like fashion, though (note the difference in the falls’ appearance in the images below – the first image was taken in early June, the second and third in October). If you’re doing a tour of the valley, this trail is worth a quick stop, since it’ll only take you a few minutes.
