In a bout of creativity one year, I tried doing some mosaic projects and ended up developing a lasting love for it. It’s surprisingly easy to do, if you can handle having little glass shards everywhere (or if you’re lucky enough to have a controlled environment like a work room or workshop, it would be ideal), and the possibilities are endless for different things you can make.
