Capitol Reef National Park
Epic Travel → North America → Mountain States → Utah → Capitol Reef National Park
Capitol Reef is one of the lesser known national parks in Utah, and as a result, much of the park is free to visit (not to mention less crowded than its more popular neighbors Zion, Bryce, and Arches). And, like the rest of Utah’s parks, it’s full of amazing rock formations that you can explore on hikes, canyon descents, or scenic drives. We spent one weekend here and already have a long list for a return trip. If you want to be more original than most Utah tourists, Capitol Reef is a great choice!
