Similar to our Iowa excursion, we spent only a weekend in Minnesota (36 hours in Minneapolis/St. Paul to be exact), but still managed to squeeze in a couple of excellent stops in between our flights and wedding socializing. Unlike in Iowa, we managed to avoid getting ready for the wedding in a gas station restroom. We must be getting soft. We’re already planning a trip back to the area so we can see spots we missed and get up to the Apostle Islands and the Northwoods.
